This presenter will address how to use the concepts of an alignment board to create connection and communication as well as provide a review of departmental volume, internal quality projects, patient satisfaction, overall departmental scorecard that includes the prior data as well as financials, and the integration of biomed information to affect change.
Nicole Walton-Trujillo is an imaging director for a large outpatient imaging practice that sees the same number of patients daily that most critical access hospitals see in a day. She has spent the last few years focusing on her education as well as building a bridge of communication and understanding between the front-line clinicians and the executive leadership team within medicine.
