This presenter will address how to use the concepts of an alignment board to create connection and communication as well as provide a review of departmental volume, internal quality projects, patient satisfaction, overall departmental scorecard that includes the prior data as well as financials, and the integration of biomed information to affect change.

She has spent the last few years focusing on her education as well as building a bridge of communication and understanding between the front-line clinicians and the executive leadership team within medicine. She uses the information and analytics that the biomed team gives her to make effective change within the facility’s daily workflows as well as address the bigger budget picture.
