Attendees will learn about leveraging LinkedIn be a “searchable” online resume but also how to use it as a tool to develop one’s professional identity and show one’s brand. By going through the “Do’s and Don’ts” of setting up a profile attendees will get their profile into the first algorithm category. There will be time spent on learning the proper etiquette for reaching out to connections and possibly finding new mentors to establish one’s network. The presenter will also go over how to use LinkedIn as an asset for an organization’s brand (whether it is a job, professional society or performing acts of stewardship within the community).
