This session will address several topics, including partnering with a multi-vendor, multi-modality-trusted and collaborative service providers, reducing downtime on service contracts, eliminating redundancies and streamlining workflow, such as leveraging technology, HTM and optimizing protocols and, lastly, implementing effective schedule strategies to ensure appointments are kept and minimize ‘no-shows.’
