We often think we support diversity, but do we truly understand the stereotypes our team faces? Are you aware of the challenges various ethnic groups face in your department? Or the impact of societal injustice to your team? In this presentation, we will review what diversity means in radiology departments and delve into a discussion of why we are limited in implementing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies across the industry. At the end of this session, participants will be able to apply strategies to help develop and sustain a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
