This presentation will review the high cost of workplace incivility and its impact on performance and the bottom line. Now that we know that incivility has such a high price, in this presentation, we will focus our efforts on self-reflection which results in self-improvement, creating a culture of psychological safety where team members trust their leadership and fellow colleagues, and how to create lasting culture change with micro-interventions.
