Burnout among radiology leaders impacts organizational culture and performance. In this project, we used the Oldenburg Leadership Inventory and wellness surveys to assess exhaustion and disengagement. Through collaborative strategies like flexible work arrangements, peer accountability, and reducing meetings, we aimed to enhance work-life balance and leader well-being. Over 8 months, exhaustion decreased by 3 points, showing positive impacts on leader engagement. Join us to learn how to implement Leaders Standard Work initiatives in your organization!
