In this session attendees will be introduced to the history of quality management and how it has shaped business practices and the delivery of patient care. We’ll crosswalk the importance of CPI for radiology and how it relates to patient care and staff engagement. We will finish with a review/introduction to popular CPI formats such as Plan‐Do‐Study‐Act (PDSA), Six Sigma, Kaizen events, Lean and A3. Finally, we will look at how the A3 can be used to “story-board” any CPI process and keep staff up to date.
