By many accounts, 2020 was an incredible disaster. COVID, masks, distancing, lockdowns, etc. provided some challenges that most of us would have never imagined. All of those things also presented us with an opportunity to re-engineer and re-imagine how we performed “everyday” tasks. We will use some tools, tactics, and quirky scenarios that allowed us to get through 2020 while optimizing some workflows as a launching pad for 2021.
