BOOTH RESERVATION

To reserve a booth, please review the current booth availability on the floor plan. The gray squares are the available booth spaces. Then complete the booth reservation form below. Our trade show coordinator, Lisa Lisle (lisa@mdpublishing.com) will contact you to confirm the space, and will send a contract and invoice.

Two registrations for the conference; additional conference registrations may be purchased

BOOTH PAYMENT(S):

Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include credit cards or payment by check. Will require a $200 deposit at registration and then balance will be due by August 9th.
