Keeping Top Decile Patient Satisfaction, Even While Rightsizing
Brenda DeBastiani, BA, CRA, FAHRA, RT(R), Director of Imaging, Mon Health Medical Center
Keeping employees engaged during a “right-sizing” event or during turmoil is very difficult. Employees struggle with staying focused and positive when they feel like their basic needs are being “threatened.” In the midst of turmoil, how can a facility expect employees to continue giving great customer service? I will share my story of how I kept my team focused on giving great patient care, and how you can achieve great results, even during a difficult situation.
