By the end of this presentation, participants should be able to advocate for a path away from OEM service for their MRI units. They should have an understanding of the failure points and potential risks for cost overruns, as well as how to acquire data to support a transition. Attendees will walk away with the building blocks for an “elevator pitch” to sell the idea to the correct stakeholders.
